Project Description
WINDROLL machine is an automatic winder with two workstation, without using scotch or other glue system for the winding start of film on the carton.
This machine is also composed of automatic storage for carton cores and load/unload of finished product. It’s possible to wind both foil and tubular with a diameter of finished reel from a min. of 150 mm to a max. of 400 mm and on request there is the possibility to wind at meters.
Thanks to the modular project that characterizes our machinery, WINDROLL machine could be installed in line to extrusion plant or outline with an automatic unwinder. This machine could be produced in wanted size (standard size from 1000 mm up to 3100 mm and on request up to 5000 mm) and even later it could have additional accessory like basic precut, precut/ sealing, sealine 45°, embossing group, macroperforator and with specific doctor blade it could produce also more reel on the same axis.
